Question:
37 and growing my nails for the first time!!!
Well ive bitten my nails all my life!
and for some reason have stopped :D
Dont ask me why, just happened!
Anyway anyone give me advice on how to keep them?
conditioners ect all i do atm is after bath push cuticles back
and file them a bit.
Cuticles are a bit of a prob cus theyve been over grown for 37 years!!!!!

i think you should celebrate with a manicure!
if you look down the page a bit there is a link to get a free manicure... i say go for it, that way you can just keep up what the nail tech does :D

I am 21 and have bitten my nails since I was 12 but managed to stp as my NewYears resolution! I amstill going strong (as are my nails!) Being a student I can't afford to splash out on products so have been using a cuticle oil and nail growth treatment by Sally Hansen which seem to be doing the job!
