Question:
Any makeup trends you hate?
Hmmm toughy (well for me) but is there any makeup trends that you just dislike/hate? I'll give you an example - bright pink lipstick or maybe nude lipstick? I have to say I just do not like green mascara - I think blue can sort of look ok with the right complimenting makeup and skin/hair tone but green I just do not like.
Do you have any makeup trend gripes?
as much as i love all things pink, i can't stand pink eyeshadow (mostly on myself) as i've been told two things a) my eyes look red and b) i look hungover. mind you this was by some crazy lady i book on her holidays who has a bit of a jekyll and hyde personality lol!!
only way i can wear my pigment is over a black paint!!

Argh crazy lady sounds nice :cmdunno: Yeah I think pink eyeshadow is a tough one. I think it would look better on a woman with dark skin and not a pale pink a really hot pink, espesh in the summer. I do not think pale pink looks all that hot on pale skin.
lol, she was a funny old lady!! she was horrible to most of the staff except me and another girl lol. she called my old manager fat and said she should lose a stone or two!! anyway...back to the original topic.
yep pink definitely hard to pull off. i sometime wear a pinky white colour on my eyes!!
i can't really think of anything else. i think metallic can look a bit strange depending how it's done!! (or maybe it's just a look i wish i could pull off lol!!)

I once wore a weird Ruby and Millie red metallic eyeshadow to school (do not even ask why) when I was about 13 and my friends said I looked like I was on drugs - never again.:lol: :lol:
