Question:
Any recommendations for spotty back and scarring?
I normally use a molton brown shower gel. For some reason my back is very spotty and with the old spots has left some scarring. I dont thin kits anyhitng to do with shower gel. Any help will be appreciated.
Hi bgt - I tried loads of lotions and creams etc for my spotty back but it only cleared up recently when I switched my shampoo & conditioner to Aussie.
I guess it makes sense that it gets all over your back and clogs it up, so this range obviously agrees with me more than the others. Worth a try!
:)
Not really a product but you have to try Radox Herbal Bath Salts with Thyme! I used to get body breakouts but now I only really get them when it's my TOTM but soaking in a bath with this has made my skin look the best it ever has! :cmeek: I read this about Thyme in a beauty book I've got:
"Thyme contains deep-cleansing elements that remove dirt & debris in the skin. It also kills bacteria, which can cause acne, so an infusion is perfect for cleansing problem skin."
Now I didn't actually use it for that as I bought it as a muscle soak but when I noticed the difference in my skin (really clear even during TOTM & very soft & smooth) I thought I'd look it up & found that paragraph about it. :) It smells absolutely gorgeous too, really flowery & fresh.
I suppose you could also try to find a shower gel/soap that contained thyme which might help as well, I'm trying to find one atm! ;)
Hope this helps!

Ketsugo do a spray that stops spots, and you can apply it to your back. it really is great stuff. I'd also switch shower gels to something with less fragrance, just in case.
i`d treat your back like your face, with help gently exfoliate and use a mask for problem skin, the mask of magnaminty from lush is fab. also when you rinse your conditioner out of your hair don`t let it run down your back tip your head forward instead
