Body Shop concealer crayon
Question:

Body Shop concealer crayon
I saw this today, it's £7.50 and a thick crayon type pencil. It has about 9 shades and the application seems nice and creamy. Has anyone used it and can recommend or not?
Also I heard you need to fork out extra £s for the sharpener?

Answers:

yeah it's £2.50ish for the sharpener (unless they've put it up again as per usual!)
it's for use on spots, blemishes and for undereyes but i really wouldn't ever use it under eyes, it's way to thick and drags on the skin
it's alright at covering spots but wears off pretty quick (might just be me though)
the ultra smooth concealer is pretty good, but be warned you only need to use the tiny-est amount! when they tell you a little goes a long way they're not lying! thats my fav, blends so easily and gives a powder finish so looks really good (imo it lasts longer too) and for me worked ok on spots and good undereyes

I didn't really like it to be honest. :cmdunno:
It was very thick (too thick for under-eye) and a bit dry. It was ok for spots/blemishes and stuff- but there's a lot better concealers out there.
They have another concealer in TBS that's in a tube, and it's so soft and smooth. They don't have my shade ( I have the closest one to my shade, but don't use it)- but if they did, I'd use that.
:)

Thx guys, I didn't see the other concealer range so will have another look. I just need it for blemishes. Was also expecting the sharpener to cost loads, so £2.50 isn't so bad.

Honestly, if it's going to cost you £10 for the pencil and sharpener anyway. I would recommend you try macs studio finish concealer. It's about £9.50/£10 as well and is great.
