make up help!!!
Question:

make up help!!!
another wedding make up problem!! i am skint, hugely broke. so in an effort to save some money i thought about saving my boots points to buy my wedding make up from there, what brands can everyone reccomend from there

Answers:

Many makeup counters will give you decent size samples of foundation ;) I would spend the most money on foundation and lipstick, so that you can get the best colour match. No7 and Bourjois have nice blushers and eyeshadows, while Lancome and Clarins are great for the foundation and lipstick. It all depends on your skin type and what kind of look you are trying to acheive.

I have always found Clinique to be very good in the foundation line, there are wide choices of coverage and colours ! Why don't you arrange for a few in-store make-up sessions with different manufacturers to see what looks good on your skin - they often throw in some samples then or offer a good discount - if you explain it's for your wedding you might get a few extras?!

Answers:

i second clinique for foundation, their superbalance one is great and they're the only make-up company where i can get a perfect match for my winter colour. their array is v impressive. also v fresh and natural looking.
