Question:
please can you recommend me a foundation brush?
please could ya? (and then i am going to HAVE to stop spending!:cmdunno:
i have never used one either, so could do with advice on how to apply it too, if thats ok.:)
Hi:wave:
I use the body shops one, its great :great:
Also noticed superdrugs range 'Gosh' have a foundation brush too, that looked ok and was only 6.99 ;)
I've heard excellent things about the MAC one, and desperately want it! It's £25.
I currently have a Boots own one, which is OK I guess. I use it like this: Put a dot of foundation on forehead, both cheeks, chin and nose. Starting with one cheek, I use small downward strokes to blend. Once that part is blended, I move onto chin, other cheek, nose then forehead. Then go over the whole lot again just to check it's blended, especially around jawline and around nose.
There are other ways of course, so you'll find a way that works for you! I'm sure they'll be replies where people do it completely differently to me.
I only use it for liquid foundation, as my MAC Studiotech compact doesn't seem to work as well with a brush.
anna :D
Mac 190 is good but i'm currently :throb:ing the 187 brush for foundation application.
I'm the same as Dani, I have just started using the body shop one. I love it! Although not having used a more expensive one I don't know how it compares. It cost me £10.50 and I think it was definitely worth it.
