Silica supplements!
I've read about silica on here and was rather curious, so when I spotted a tub of tablets in Holland & Barratt I bought them - only to get home and find out that they're homeopathic, blast!
Has anyone else tried silica and does it really make a difference? Has anyone got the ones I have, New Era?
I got some Silica after reading some recs in the hair thread. I used them for a while with MSM, I think Silica makes your hair grow and MSM keeps hair in the follicle for longer.
When I took the two together people commented on what lovely condition my hair was looking in. You can buy radiance tablets now for hair, skin and nails with them all mixed in together.
i've been using silica tablets for about 2 months now and i must say my hair does look better and my nails are much stronger.

i've been using silica tablets for about 2 months now and i must say my hair does look better and my nails are much stronger.
