I got Britesmile today!
Question:

I got Britesmile today!
  Hey,
I had my teeth whitened at the dentists today using the Britesmile system. It was extremely uncomfortable, but I can really see a difference. Apparently my teeth have gone from A3 to B1, whatever that means! They're not 'hollywood white' (thankfully), but a nice natural white.
However, now my teeth are ultra sensitive. I hope it doesn't last too long!

I would love to have my teeth whitened.
Can I be a cheeky mare and ask how much you paid?:D

Answers:

Course you can! I paid £599, but I know that some places do it cheaper, I just didn't want to travel to London. I think there's a Britesmile website with a list of places that do it.
They also do trays so you can do it yourself at home, which are cheaper (around £300) I think.
It's quite expensive but I've wanted my teeth whitened for years, and none of the cheaper options have worked (ie. Crest whitestrips, whitening pen from Boots etc...)

Thanks for that:)
I'm at the dentist in a few weeks so I will ask about it. I'm sure I have seen leaflets advertising Britesmile.
I'm excited now for my sparkly new peggies:lol:

sorry to jump in, but why was it so uncomfortable? Do you mean during the procedure itself, or the sensitivity after? I have been wanting to do this for ages as well, but am a bit chicken because i already have really sensitive teeth!
