Clarins Beauty Flash Balm
Someone was right (can't remember who) about not rubbing this in or it will make your make-up flake! I did this by accident yesterday and my whole chin area was dry and flakey and horrid but today I was more careful and its perfect :D
I love this too! Strange though how so much rests on how you apply it!
it's the same with their anti shine gel thingy, it always goes all flaky and horrible when i put it on. now i remember the SA did emphasize patting it gently rather than rubbing it. hmmm will give it a try.

The Flash contains rice bran so I believe that is what can cause the flakey thing.
