MAC order/ payment question
Hi all, I placed a rather huge order on the MAC UK website a few days ago now.
I have been checking the website ever since and my order status still says "processing", however I checked my online account today and the money has been debited from my bank on 28th January and we are now on the 31st Jan.
Is it normal for them to take payment before they dispatch the goods or is the order status simply marked as "prosessing" from the moment you order until you receive the goods? As a kind of "safe keeping" technique?
I kinda thought they would've dispatched the goods by now as they normally allow 1-2 working days.
Was just wondering if this is normal practice according to everyone elses' experience with the site?

I've still got orders marked as processing from orders i made back in November :lol: Take no notice of it, mine all arrived ok.
Phone them, they're really nice and can track your order :)
