Question:
just got very dry skin - what to use?
my skin has just got drier and drier, in patches and I think its from the water. My legs are very dry, my hands and patches on my back - which I think is where the water falls when im having a shower - which i have very day, maybe once a week a bath.
does anyone know of any products I can use?
I use the body shops cocoa body butter and its fantastic. Now that L'oreal has bought the body shop I hope they dont change the products! I have dermatitis and the cocoa body butter is the only moisturiser that soothes and keeps my skin feeling soft all day. Shea butter is fantastic for dry skin on legs.

I second shea or cocoa butter, it's very nourishing and won't make your skin dependent on the moisture. If you don't want to use that, E45 is good for parched skin.
You could use a body oil in the shower too, if the water is drying it out.
I've started using Neutrogena anti ageing hand cream and I can definitely recommend that.
I use St Ives nourishing body moisturiser (it claims to increase the moisture of your skin by 200%) and I'm liking it a lot. Other than than, why not try a body butter, as these are fairly rich.
