Concealer for Undereye - help!

I hope you can help.
I am looking for a concealer of some sort for under my eyes - I have very faint veins under both my eyes and whenever I am tired/run down/ill, they become more prominent.
Usually, a tad of normal liquid concealer helps but at the moment, they still seem to be showing through, and on some days, I'm not far off looking like someone has whacked me one in the eye!
I am fairly pale skinned and some concealers I have tried, although cover up the veins, then make the underneath of my eyes look dark in comparison to the rest of my face, even though they are 'meant to be suited to my skin colour' - I can't win!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to any products which would successfully cover up the veins without making me look like I have two huge shopping trolleys under me eyes?!
I'm not bothered about expense - i'd rather pay more for an item that works than less for one that doesn't.

I like YSL Touche Eclat, but I know some people don't think it's worth the money. I apply Lush eye cream first though and then Touche Eclat and it works for me.
Thanks for that...I use the Lush Eye Cream (for day and Night) twice a day - I just don't think i've found the right concealer.
Will have a look out for the YSL Touche Eclat
MAC studio finish concealer covers up my dark circles and veins well :)
You'd have to go to a counter for a colour match though. It's around £9.50 but my pots last 2 years :)

Wow! That sounds great - and you've made me feel better, knowing it's not only me who's been cursed with the under eye veins.
Will go to Debenhams tomorrow and get a colour match - and that's a really reasonable price as well, considering how long it lasts.
