Question:
Emergency!
Just finished doing my make up ready to go out tonight and I've dusted myself with some bronzer and its made my neck and chest flare up
I've used babywipes to take it all off and put aloe vera gel on it also taken and antihistimine but it looks like sunburn i hope to god it goes down as im meeting my bf mates for the first time :(
Saw this too late...
Had it gone down now?
Scarf is the way to go :(
I'm seen this too late as well...
I hope it went down in time for your night out. If I'd seen this post earlier I would've recommended a scarf as gaby6221 said or told you to wear a top that covers your chest. :) I have very sensitive skin too & can't put anything on my neck or chest area including body lotion/moisturiser as it makes my skin break out. :(

If this happens again, don't wipe off with babywipes - they can make it worse. You were right to use aloe as this is just about the best thing to use for a flare-up like this. If you don't have aloe, use some soluble asprin dabbed on gently. This will also take down the heat & redness. If all else fails, ice cubes in a flannel will calm the skin but may leave a different type of redness.
If you're sensitive, maybe you could invest in something like Chanel's Calming Emulsion. If you use this regularly it should help prevent future flare-ups.
