I'm not particulary hair, but I'm getting so fed up with removing bikini line hair. I always either shave/use veet hair removal cream, but at very least this needs to be done every 2 days to stay smooth, and even then its not entirely smooth :rolleyes:
is waxing the only solution? I've tried the veet mini strips, and tbh they just seemed a total waste of money, not worth the effort. I can't afford salon trips. Is there a fail safe product out there?

I get sick of it too Ohara, when you use hair-removing cream the hair comes back just as quickly as it does when you've shaved so the only other option is waxing. I think getting it done professionally would be best & it might not be as expensive as you think although I've never had it done myself. I'm sure someone on here will be able to let you know about pricing. :)
If you think about it, it'll probably work out cheaper in the end as you won't have to keep buying hair removing cream all the time & there won't be as much up-keep.
You just have to have a high pain threshold! :lol:

ETA: What about hair minimising lotion? I don't know if that would slow down the hair growth....

How long does the hair have to be to be professionally waxed?
Roughly how much does a basic bikini line wax cost?
How often does it need to be waxed.. does it not look very untidy from re-growth?

Depending how much you want off and your pain threshold, you could try epilation. I don't think it's really made for intimate areas but I do it and damn it hurts but the hair doesn't grow back for weeks!
I've been having mine waxed for the last 9 years and I dont get why anyone would do anything else, I rate it that much!
I get the whole, a-hem, area waxed these days but I started off with just the bikini (sides). At the place I get mine done she does just the bikini for £9, a full 'hollywood' one is £20. I go once a month and its worth every penny.
It grows back finer and quite patchy the more you get it done. She only charges me £15 now cos mine is so patchy. (sorry if TMI!)
