Spotty back and chest
hi girls :wave:
I've recently had huge breakouts on my back and chest which is something I've NEVER experienced before, in fact I always prided myself on my blemish free skin! I've tried everything I can think of and they're not shifting.
I don't wash my hair in the shower so product doesn't go down my back, I exfoliate everyday now using extra gentle stuff but that hasn't helped. At the moment I'm having marginal success using lavander oil to bring down the redness but the actual problem hasn't gone:banghead:

try neutrogena visibly clear body wash
i normally dont get spots on my back but had one 3 wks ago think from goin to gym and sweatin too much euggh but anyhow this is quite cheap and you can buy it from boots , superdrug or the supermarket.
When I was pregnant my chest and back errupted with zits!
I used Narkotic shower gel from Lush on one of those long handled brush things and gave my back and chest a scrub when in the shower then I used Clinique Back and Chest spray which helps dry the spots up.
