Question:
Anyone wear eye make-up for work?
Ok I know it's a pretty random question but I don't and I think I look a bit too "plain".
There is a girl at my work who always wears silver eyeshadow right round her eyes, now I wouldn't wear that for work but I just want my eyes to stand out!
I bought a silver and grey duo set by Rimmel today and a black kohl pencil and I am sat here with one eye done in one colour and the other in the other colour!
Do you think its a bit much having your eyes done up for work?
I always wear eye make-up to work, nothing too much just browns really.
IMHO, depending on your skin colouring and where you work, silver is a bit too "night time" - so yes, having your eyes done up in that way is indeed a bit much for work.
I'd go for a less 'stand-out' colour, kohl, eyebrow pencil/shadow and mascara - and remember to curl your lashes.

It depends on the person really! I personally wear makeup to college, but I go for the "barely there" look with foundation and powder - no blush! :) As far as eye makeup goes I usually just wear mascara. My eyes are quite big so eyeliner looks very overdone one me, but you may find it looks fine on you. In any case, the big trick for pulling off makeup (any amount) is confidence! :)
