Anyone used Clinique foundations?
Question:

Anyone used Clinique foundations?
  Hi
I'm still on the lookout for a new foundation as at the moment I am borrowing my Mum's Bourjois Reboosting Foundation & even though it makes my skin look dewy & smooth, it doesn't give as much coverage as I would like. I prefer foundations with medium coverage - nothing too heavy to clog my pores but enough coverage to hide imperfections.
So I was wondering, has anyone tried any of Clinique's foundations? I'm particularly interested in their 'Superfit' or 'Stay True' foundations but any other recs would be appreciated.
I have oily/spot-prone skin with a few dry ares (but hardly anything really) & have trouble finding a foundation that actually stays on my face. I want something that's going to last at least 8-12 hours as I hate having to reapply.
If no one has tried any of Clinique's foundations then any other suggestions would be great. :)
Thanks in advance.

have used Clinique foundation in the past; the texture is good but they are all a bit too pink for my skin colour. I now swear by Prescriptives foundation - expensive but lasts a good while and the range of shades is superb.

I used clinique foundation once in the past year - I think it was stay true - and I'm afraid I really didn't like it. I didn't think it did what it claimed and I really didn't like the texture of it. Sorry bad review there! It could have just been a my skin thing. You could always ask for a sample and see how you get on with it.
I have oily spot prone skin as well and the only foundations I really like are YSL Teint Mat Purete and Estee Lauders Double Wear. Double wear is the one I love because it really does stay on all day even with my oily skin. The YSL is really good as well but quite abit lighter on.
Hope you find something that suits your skin soon. Let us know how you get on so I can maybe steal a recommendation!:yay:

Hiya!
I bought Clinique's perfectly Real foundation after someone recommended it me but to be honest thought it overhyped..it's light and good for light coverage but is chalky and not as long lasting as i expected it to be.
If you want a good coverage foundation and impressive lasting power, i'm another one that would recommend EL Double Wear...i just looove the way it makes my skin look. :) And it's one of those products where a little goes a long way :yay: . I'd be careful about wearing it everyday though as it may block pores. Can't have it all though! x

Sorry but I used EL DoubleWear at the end of last year & it broke me out so bad that I still have a few spot scars! So I don't think I'll be going back to using that one again!
So the Clinique foundations are a bit pink are they? Well I might not go for one then as I have pale skin with yellow undertones & always find it really annoying when I buy a foundation & it makes my skin look pink!
Might have a look at that YSL one although any other recs would be great! :)
