I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice.
My OH bought me this for Christmas and I :throb: it! The only problem is, it has recently fallen apart :(
One of the squares has completely come off the chain. I don't think I have been particularly rough with it, I have just had it hanging from my here which, after all, is what it's intended for! :rolleyes: :lol:
Anyway, my OH bought it from Selfridges (London) in December and got rid of the receipt in early Jan once he could tell that I was happy! ;)
Do you think I will be able to either get a replacement or his money back?

ETA: Reason I'm posting in Beauty is that this is the charm with three squares, one highlighter, one lipstick and one lipgloss. Not sure if that was clear!

Sorry I know for a fact you will not be able to able to get another one for it. They are selling on ebay for £50+,because people want them so much now.
As for money back,not sure about that without a receipt,if your OH paid by CC or DC might be able to prove. Try and see is all I can suggest.
ring ysl customer service as even if u had a receipt the store is no longer liable (28 days only) and they should ask u to return it and then either replace it or offer an exchange - vthey are not obliged to give you a refund however
