Any good treatments for spot scars?
Just wondered if anyone can recommend any good treatments, I have been really run down recently and have consequently had lots of spots :eek: Even though I haven't some of them, they have all left red scars which are making me really self conscious about leaving my skin bear and feel the need to constantly wear foundation to hide them :bigeyes:
Bio Oil is very good for scars, and for preventing stretch marks and stuff. You can use it on your face and body. I havent used it for spot scars but I used it whilst pregnant and didnt get one stretch mark on my tummy... Get it in Boots...
yup, I use bio oil on my face twice a day, and it has remarkably reduced the redness from old spots.
decleor prolagene gel - use twice a dahy under moisturiser but over oils, within 3 months your face will be almost scar free and it stops new ones from being formed

I was looking at this the other day in Boots, how do you use it on your face, just dab on the scarred areas?
