I received my rose co apothecary rose balm stuff today in the post from John lewis - when I opened the packing it had been opened and half used:mad: :sick: :sick: :sick: :sick:
big smelly finger holes out of it:sick: :sick: :sick:
I was so:sick: :sick: I even phoned the customer service team in a rage - and the poor girl sounded so embarresed - they are sending me a new one free of charge. but still.....bleaurgh:sick: :sick: :sick: :sick:
that's the last time I trust mail order cosmetics:mad:
Oh my goodness. Thats appalling. They should give you a gift voucher as well!

God it makes me sick when that happens, someone having their grubby little fingers all over your lip balm!!! I would have asked for a refund too - is it too late to do that now?
