Question:
Body Shop Online - What a con!
I just went on TBS online, thought I would try some of teh cranberry lip balm that other threads are raving about. I have previously registered with TBS online, and get emails from them regularly. So today, I clicked on the Use your Love Your Body card online, and went through the ordering process, thinking this discount would appear at the checkout, as it said on the shopping basket page. I got to the checkout, and still no discount appeared. I clicked on order, thinking maybe I would get a page come up after that to say you have been discounted 10%, but didn't get one!
Has anyone else had this problem?
The LYB online has literally JUST been introduced so I would imagine there'll be glitches.
Wait til your debit/credit card is charged and see if the discount has been applied - then ring up and shout :D
As an aside, ordering a lipbalm, with their delivery charges, when you have a LYB card so likelihood is you live near a store, is madness! They charge almost as much as the lipbalm to deliver it!
No lipbalm is worth that :nono:
Email the customer service people with your order reference number etc, do it straight away and hopefully they'll refund you the 20%. Most online companies seem really good at fixing problems for customers.
