GAH - Clinque girl screwed up !!
I was in Clinique last night and went to get the new liner pot stuff and as it wasnt on display i asked for a black black colour. She gave me No1, Black Honey, that when i tried it on when i got home i found to be a brown colour. GAH !!.
Now that i've used it, do i have any recourse ?? :boohoo: It was €26 :(
Take it back, and tell them she sold you the wrong stuff. They are normally helpful.
If you only used it once it should be ok, always ask to speak to a manager or supervisor if they give you a hard time. Afterall it was her mistake not yours.
Thanks guys, i rang them and the manager answered and said "oh yes, very sorry about that, bring it in and we'll change it".
