Toner recommendations needed
Question:

Toner recommendations needed
Please recommend me a good toner for my combination skin. I want something which will remove any excess makeup residue as i wear foundation everyday.
cheers

hey, there are a whole load of toners out there and Ive tried quite a few at the low budget end but toners are toners really so i dont think price makes much difference. I tend to go for ones not aimed at spotty skin because those tend to be too alcoholy and you cant sweep it across your eyes which i like to do because it makes you feel fresh and wake up.
so anyway, Simples refreshing toner is nice and so is Garniers clean and fresh. The second is my favourite as it smells quite nice.
Hope that helps x

firstly, if you cleanse well there should not be any resdidue :heyhey:
I love toner for the feeling of freshness it imparts..'specially in the morning..a wake up call !
I have your skin type and use a clarifying lotion like L'Oreal Pure Zone or Garnier similar . I always used Clinique Clarifying 4..very strong! I have a Boots no 7 one, now for mornings ( due to a free voucher..you know the ones  ..hard to spend..a fiver for no.7  ) I did put 1-50 towards this..but quite like it.
I would recommend Botanics stuff also..always loved this and may return to it soon..usually on 3 for 2 offers , as a bonus! Cleansing is the important thing though. I swear by the L'Oreal/Garnier Pure ranges for this,as love a wash off cleanser.,,again Botanics do lovely ones. I still swear that it's the regularity of usage rather than the actual product, a regime for good skin is essential.
ps masks are great for a really fresh feel too!
Enjoy the fresh experience!
Puss xx

I use Lush Eau Roma on my combination skin. It does say it is for drier skins, but my skin loves it. It smells great and leaves my skin feeling really fresh.

Cold water!
I have always used this. Get a good Cleanser & Moisturiser and it works a treat!
