can you put this underneath your bottom eyelashes or just on top lashes is there an easy way because im crap at eye linner thanks

It's for bottom & top lash lines. :) I have it & it's fab - really easy to use (with the ultra fine eyeliner brush) & gives a really smooth finish. :great:

I always put my mascara on first & then do my eyeliner. It gives a darker, more tightlined effect.
