Question:
Who Uses a Make-Up Brush Cleanser ?
I've brought quite a few brushes these past few months and was wondering if it was worth getting a brush cleanser ? I've seen the big pink MAC one and the Clinique one. They seem like less hassle than washing with shampoo and waiting for them to dry overnight.
But they usually contain alcohol, So I'm abit wary of getting them. Do you guys use it ? or like me, do you wash your brushes the old-fashion way with baby shampoo ?
So, worth getting one ? or just stick to good baby shampoo ?
:)
I've always preferred to use baby shampoo which leaves brushes clean and soft, some of those brush cleansers clean your brushes to within an inch of their lives, they can be very harsh! I buy a relatively cheap Superdrug own brand baby shampoo which is just as good as Johnsons and lasts for quite a while too :)
I have the MAC brush cleanser but I actually prefer to wash them with baby shampoo. Ive noticed a big difference in the softness of my brushes now that Ive stopped using the MAC cleanser. Only thing is the MAC cleanser is good at getting brushes super clean so I'll maybe use it once a month or so.

Thanks guys ;)
I might invest in a small bottle when I'm next in MAC, but I think I'll stick to what I've been doing by the sounds of it.
Carina-Any word from Pout yet ?
Nope no word from Pout yet! I have dug out my issue of Instyle so even if they say I cant use the discount code over the phone maybe I can send them the page with my cheque! I want that discount
