Question:
Best soothing foot creams/gels/balms???
I am in desperate need of something for my very tender and aching feet, having just started working in A & E my feet are killing me at the end of the shift! Splashed out £50 on some comfy shoes at the weekend but it hasn't helped my throbbing feet. Does anyone know of anything which can help me!!!
L'occitane shea butter foot cream is very soothing. Helps soften and moisturise the skin as well.
I like Weleda foot balm. It leaves feet feeling dry (dry in a good way, ie not sweaty), deodorises and smells yummy! Like lemons! :heyhey:
I advise a warm bowl of water with a couple of drops of peppermint in - will really soothe your feet - followed by a lovely thick cream and a snuggly pair of socks:D
I got some The Body Shop peppermint foot lotion as a prize this week but I haven't tried it yet - will report back when I do ;)
Botanics range at Boots do an overnight foot treatment, instant relief for me!! they do a nice soothing foot gel too, :)
