Question:
best false lashes
I'm thinking of having an experiment with some false lashes my own are too stumpy!!
do any of you use and what type? is it worth spending a bit more? i was trying to find some that the strip they attach to is clear instead of the usual black line, but i can't be bothered with the individual ones you attach separetly. any ideas appreciated!

I bought some from Boots a few weeks ago to wear on a night out. I can't remember their name and I've just had a look on Boots.co.uk but they aren't there!
Anyway, they were about £3.69 and already had glue applied to them so i thought they'd be good for me as i'd never used them. They were really fiddely and i had to get them out of the pack with tweezers. My sister applied them for me as I was really struggling! They lasted about 3 hours :( I went to the loo in one of the pubs, looked at myself whilst washing my hands and it was half unstuck!!! :o I looked like a right berk, and worst of all no-one told me.
I would avoid the pre-glued ones, it didnt seem strong enough to me. I am going to buy the ones where i apply my own glue and see how that works! I need them for this weekend so will let you know.
My sister and i used the tweezers to apply them as close to my eyelashes as possible, and you couldnt tell they were there. it just looked like a thin eye liner line IYSWIM! No-one knew they were false and i got a lot of compliments!
Just done a search for you here there are loads of posts on falsies :)
thanks a lot!i will avoid the pre glued ones!!
MAC, Shu Umera(sp?) do some good ones.
It's definatley something that takes a lot of practise to do.
You could start off with the individuals before you go to the strips as they're easier to manage.
