Question:
A bit O/T. How much sleep do you get...?
... and how much do you need ?
To feel good and look healthy I need at least 10 hours :o (how lazy is that). But now my uni days are over that isn't very realistic!
Unfortunately I am one of these people who gets extremely irritable when tired, and if I get much less than 8 hours I am no fun to be around.
How much sleep does everyone else get (and need)?
ooh Im a terrible sleeper! Im always stressing about one thing or another. I go to bed at around 11pm most nights and get up at 6.30am for work. I can survive quite well without the normal 8 hours but it sure does catch up with you a few days later!

I usually get about 6 hours a night during the week and longer on weekends depending if I go out or not.
I'd love to get at least 8 hrs as I truly believe it makes a difference to your health and looks.

I read recently that the optimum for an adult is 7 1/2 hours per night. I'm lucky if I get that one night a week. Its prob 6-6 1/2 and no diff on weekends. I've got a three and a half yr old and she wakes up pretty much 7am EVERY day of the week, sometimes 6.30
