Question:
Applying liquid foundation
How do you apply yours?
I've always applied it on *myself* with my fingers :o although I only ever put it on other people with a brush, which gives a much better finish but do I have time for that in a morning :yaright:
I've been using powder foundation for the past month or so which is starting to make my face feel a little tight so I'm swapping back to liquid and hoping I can get the same finish :cmdunno:
I use a foundation brush. Used to think it was a hastle but I've got the knack of it now so it doesn't take too long - no longer than using fingers anyway. I need to use a brush anyway as I'm using Chantecaille oil free foundation which comes in a jar.
I used to use a foundation brush I bought from the body shop but it was crap.
I just stick to fingers now although I've heard the MAC brushes are quite good. Trying to be good with my money though
For years I've just applied with my fingers (never liked those little wedge sponges) but a couple of months ago a girl on the Estee Lauder counter convince me to buy the foundation brush...and now I'm hooked.
I think it goes on much better and has longer staying power.
I've used a foundation brush for a few years now. I had one from TBS which I thought was quite good, however, since buying my MAC set the difference in quality is unbelieveable.
MAC all the way for brushes.
