Question:

just a question...
Have any of you or do any of you just leave spots to do their own thing?
There are so many threads of what to put on them and I for one have tried every damn thing possible on them and its really starting to make me woner whther its worth it
I have a massive burn from tea tree and two MASSIVE infected spots at the moment which I continually squeeze as they get so pus filled It makes me wonder if I had left it all alone a week ago whether i wouldnt be hiding inside no for the second day in a row :-(
Any opinions greatly recieved
:-(

Personally I leave mine and they do just go. Unless it has a head on it then I have to squeeze.

Hi. Someone I know has had trouble and been prescribed various topical appl and antibiotics for over 15 years for adult acne. The dermatologists she has seen have ALWAYS said leave well alone cos as soon as you start squeezing them they'll end up infected and then when you touch your face the infection will spread. Personally I am sticking to trying to find a product that works well. I have been using NEutrogena Clear Pore Night Gel. Its under a tenner and all you do is put a layer all over your face at night and you'll start noticing a difference after a month and your skin should be clearer or clear (I'm hoping) after 3 months. Her dermatologist did recmmend this to her (which is why I started using it) but her acne needed treatment with something a lot stronger (Roaccutane, always the last resort for severe cases) before it finally disappeared. After 6 weeks my skin is looking clearer and I do have less blackheads too but I'm just hoping now that it improves even more as I'm quite pleased with the results so far.

well up until 30mins ago i left well alone.....lets just say it got the better of me!!
am now smearing my face in Dalacin T and wishing i hadn't touched my face at all!
ij dont know why but sometimes, like this week, my whole face feels septic, like even the tiniest spot turns nasty the moment i look at it- even my eyebrows are all swollen from plucking, but not just swollen they are really sore and look infected!?!?!?
anyway back to Dalacin T for me and will prepare the Aloe Vera gel!
tea tree burnt my skin too so would recommend you go to docs and ask for Dalacin T topical solution - its antibiotic antibacterial etc and it even gets rid of the big hard boils - and it was actually working on the two i have, had gone down by half overnight but could i resist????????

I can't resist picking. I know it will look worse but I still do it everytime.
You'd think we'd have learnt by now.
