Question:
keeping eye make-up on!

i'm 19 but have only recently got interested in make-up, i don't like going over the top and only wear anything more than mascara when i go out
the main issue i have (which i would love some wisdom on :D ) is with eye liner. i generally go for a punky, smudgy black all round eye liner look (i dont have the skill/patience for anything more...)
my problem is, i think my eyes are different shapes or something, because i find that the eye make up and liner on my right eye rubs off and transfers to the upper part of my eye, leaving a lovely black line, much like a 2nd eye brow, whereas the left eye can be completely fine all night.
does anybody have any tips? any product suggestions?
i have a limited budget but so far ive tried 3 different eye liner pencils, liquid eye liner (what a wobbly line disaster, and too harsh), and even eye shadow brushed on but to no avail....

You should try a longwearing liner I mainly use MAC & Urban Decay which is expensive £10 - £13 for the pencil / liquid.
I *think* rimmel & bourjois do longwering ones but don't quote me on that.
Barry M do a waterproof twist up pencil. It's great! If you want a smuged line you have to smuge as soon as you've put it on as it sets in less than a minute, so pencil one eye at a time.
ETA I forgot to say it only costs a couple of quid and you can by Barry M stuff in Superdrug.
[hijack thread/] Can I ask, along the same lines, would the Barry M, the MAC powerpoint or the Urban Decay 24/7 last all day when used to line the lower inner "wet" part of your lid? I am desperate to find a liner that I can use there and will last all day. [end hijack thread/]
