Picking
I've been reading that site someone recommended in the acne support group thread. It makes a lot of sense.
So, from this point forward I will not pick my skin ever again!
I pick based on colour! If it's angry & red looking then I'll leave it alone, or put some witch hazel/tea tree on it, is it's yellow then wash hand and gently squeeze, then dab with warm water, then cold to help heal, witch hazel/tea tree it & leave it alone.
