Question:
A quick tip for Lily Lolo/mineral makeup users.
Here is a quick tip for ya'll to try if you use Lily Lolo mineral foundation ( or any inferior brand;) )
Recently I have needed more coverage and when I used my kabuki brush to apply the foundation it still wasnt giving enough cover and I didnt like to layer it on coz i like my face to look as natural as possible.....
So I tried using a cotton wool pad to apply the mineral makeup...and wahaaay! The pad made it quick to apply and I could still 'buff' the make up in, but for some weird reason it gave more coverage then applying with a kabuki, but still looked natural.
My theory for that is that maybe more of the product is going onto the skin instead of getting stuck in the brush...???
Anyway, now I think I will always apply it this way, coz I also prefer to use a new pad everyday to apply my makeup instead of using a brush, which seemed to 'tickle' my skin a bit and left it feeling slightly itchy afterwards...
Give it a go:)
Thanks for the tip Halzer. :) I might give that a go when I'm having a bad skin day & need more coverage.
