Question:
Spots that are always there
Is there a way of getting rid of spots that don't go away? I've got a cluster of spots on my cheeks and they have been there for ages. They appear as though they're under the skin and I use a prescription cream on them which is no help. Would a face sauna help bring them out, or would this make it worse?
thought ide bump this up as i have the same problem, would also be interested if anyone has any tips?
A face sauna might help in clearing them if you're willing to risk it. A sauna will actually open up the pores allowing the gunk that's underneath the skin to be released. However, if it's not done correctly,it might lead to scarring.
I've had peaches and cream skin until past 3 weeks when I suddenly had a a few spots appearing all over my cheeks. Just tiny ones and they do go away but it's annoying!
So, what I'd done is I'd gotten a gentle zit gel. After cleansing and toning, I spread a thin layer of that onto my cheeks or wherever that's zit prone. Let that settle in for a few moments before I put on moisturizer and sunblock.
This actually prevents new spots from re-occuring. And, it's worked for me so far. I'll continue with this for another 2 weeks or so and then I'll stop since the gel is rather drying.
All the best!
