Question:
Spray tan disaster in the making?
Just been for my spray tan in prep for a wedding tomorrow and panicking it will go patchy and horrid.
I had a few small dry patches (on my ribs and hips) and the beautician was quite short with me and basically said it might go patchy because of it. She made me feel stupid and was quite patronising. She asked me what moisturiser I'd used (I've used Dove) and said how that was a mistake and I shouldn't use it again.
Tbh I think she was trying to get me to buy the st tropez one as she went on to say how that was really the only one that wouldnt ruin it completely. Surely thats not true?
Anyway, I had the tan done to make me feel good about myself but now I feel like I've wasted my money AND ruined the way I'll look for the wedding
Please tell me it isn't as complete a disaster as she's made it out and what I can use to look after the tan.

Anyone? Starting to feel a bit anxious...:(
Poor you !!
I'm sure it will be fine though - i use st tropez all the time but do not use their moisturiser.
Good luck for your wedding - try and relax about the tan now xxxxx
i wouldnt worry too much about it, i've had a few st tropez spray tans and they've sometimes gone a little dry. i dont use their moisturiser either. when you have your first shower after you've had it done, it'll look a lot better as it will have settled down.
enjoy the wedding!
Thanks girls! I have just inspected the dry parts and the tan doesnt seem to have taken but as its bits that will be covered, I think its ok.
Just had that horrible feeling of not being able to do anything about it!!
Will relax(!) and straighten my hair now (2 hr job - the things we go through, eh?)
Thanks again - so shall I moisturise then after my shower or not?
