Question:
Concealer help please!

I'm hoping some one can help me with a bit of a dumb make up question! I recently bought my first good make up, Benefit foundation, bronzer and doctor feel good. I didn't ask the girl at the counter because I was having a good skin day and forgot. I definately need some sort of concealer but don't know whats the best or when to put it on, in the past I've been told it goes on very first but then was told it goes on last, otherwise it gets whiped off. Personally I find I need to put some sort of foundation or powder/bronzer over it or it looks too obvious!
I only really need it to cover up the odd spot and don't want to spend too much on it!
Any help is much appreciated!

I'm sure people will recommend a higher-end brand but the best concealer I've found is Rimmel's Hydrasense. It's only £3.99 & it's great at covering spots/blemishes & dark circles under the eyes. I've tried lots of different concealers both low & high end brands & I have to say that this is the best one I've tried & seeing as you only want it to cover up the odd spot, the price is perfect for you. :)

ETA: Forgot to answer your question about whether to put it on before or after you foundation! :lol: I usually put it on before but that's because I wear mineral foundation & find that it looks better that way but if you're using a liquid foundation then I'd put it on afterwards otherwise it'll get rubbed off. If you feel it looks too obvious then you could lightly dust some powder over the top to set it but I wouldn't put too much on as it might go cakey.
I always put it on afterwards, as I have bad skin I generally put foundation on and then anything that's still visible I pat a small amount of concealer over. I do find if I do it the other way around then it just wipes off.
The best concealer I've ever used is MAC Studio finish, it's brilliant.

I seem to remember that it was a rimmel one I had before that I like so I'll give it a try.
I suppose I should really just do the obvious and experiment with when to put it on!
I second Mac studio finish.It's great for the price it is.
Also Laura Mercier secret camouflage is very good but more expensive. :)
