Question:
Help me sort my forehead out please!
I've just come back from my hols and fortunately the sun has dried up my huge spots! However, I still have a really congested forehead and I hate it. I start a new job at the end of the month and it's very much people related and I'll be too busy feeling self-concious about my skin.
I feel like a teenager and I'm 25! Is there anything I can do to eleviate them within a week?! Is it possible??!!
I've been reading about Origins checks & balance-any recs?
Unfortunately the only thing that really helped clear up my forehead was improving my diet. When I start eating bad again, I notice it on my chin and forehead.
Drink loads of boring water (I add squash for flavour) and exfoliate (i use a mild exfoliator every day and it isnt too harsh for my skin)
I feel your pain mbercrombie! Im 25 too and even though the rest of my skin is clear, my forehead has been quite congested. I cut out all fast food, fizzy drinks etc and I get my recommended amount of water each day but I didnt really notice a difference. I tried detox masks but that just dried my skin out. I recently started steaming my face and thats made a big improvement. I just add a few drops of lavender and tea tree oil. I agree with chocolatejo's suggestion of using a gentle exfoliator. I use clarins gentle refining exfoliator twice a week.

The only thing that has got rid of my congested forehead is dermalogica dermal clay cleanser. honestly, i wish I had taken photos of what my forehead looked like before I used it!
Now its very very smooth and the tiny bumps have vanished. It has taken, using dermal clay, for about 1-2 months.
You can actually see it working - everything comes to the surface which is a bit wierd cos little white things just appear and then you can use a flannel to slough them off. I honestly cant recommend it enough.
