Toner
  Is using a toner absolutely necessary or will splashing your face with cold water after cleansing do the same job?




I dont really bother with toner - but thats bcos it takes the fake tan off my face :p




I stopped using toner ages ago, I just use cold water instead. It made my skin BETTER




I'd agree with that, i use cold water instead and my skin definitely is better than when i was using a toner.
