Body Brush (silly question)

Ive tried a search on this, but no luck.
When using a body brush is it best to moisturise before or after? May sound like a silly question, but i just wanted ti know how its done or whether it makes any difference.

I always body brush, have a shower, then moisturise.

your skin is too delicate after being in the shower.




Thanks for the replies. I didnt even realise whether doing it before or after a shower would make a difference. Glad i asked now! hehe

I use body lotion afterwards because the brush exfoliates.So the lotion sinks in better and is more effective. :)
