How do I deal with a whitehead
I have just got a whitehead as a result of probably trying out too many new natural products. How do I get rid of it??

I always think it's best to dejunk it. I usually cover my fingers with tissue paper and gentle squeeze, it will pop if it's ready.
i presume you mean as in milia?
instead of squeezing your supposed to squeeze whilst rocking your fingers side to side around it - its a bit hard to describe but you ned to gently work it out not just squeeze...i normally work it up as much as possible then lance with a very thin sterilised needle then carry on working it out, squeezing will just make it worse as it draws blood and you dont get the whole thing out
a bit like the way you would squeze a splinter out....hope that makes some kind of sense!?

Yes I do think I mean millia - I have had very few over the years of these, infact I am not sure I can remember ever having one and wasn't sure if it was ok to squeeze or not
I think I may try the sterilised needle as don't want to have to squeeze too hard as they don't feel like blackheads, in that they would come out quite the same way.
