Question:
Dry Body Brushing
I recently invested in a brush & yesterday I set some time aside to start the routine off well! I brushed all of my body & my skin looked great afterwards. It had a nice glow to it. This morning I woke with the most horrific pounding headache. It's a bit better now & I suddenly wondered if there was any connection with my body brushing yesterday, & my bad head today... I know body brushing is also supposed to be good for the lymphtic & immune systems & is part of detoxing so I just wondered if the two were linked? Any one any ideas/opinions or experienced the same thing? :)
I think your headache probably is connected to the body brushing.I get the same thing when I've been drinking alot of water or if I give up drinking coke or red bull (which I never seem to be able to do) a really bad headache.I think it's just all the toxins leaving your body.I guess it's worth it though because you know the body brushing is having an effect. :)
