Question:
Foundation recommendations
Never really been in here before so be gentle:) I never really wear foundation, but looking for some for reccomendations as thinking of getting some.
I am pale skinned, fair normal skin I think, occasionally a bit dry cheaks and a bit greasy chin but nothing major, and don't really have any spots due to the wonder of dianette. So looking for something with fairly light coverage, just natural looking but smoother really for about £10, £15 max?
Any suggestions, thanks!:)
Well I love Revlon Anti-aging for normal combination skin and my daughter loves the Revlon Colourstay natural or I got her one really cheaply off www.magicmakeup.co.uk called colourstay light and she is well impressed with it.
I have aging skin which is slightly oily on the t-zone slightly dry on the cheeks and she just has oily skin full stop.
Very impressed with Revlon as I hadn't looked at them in years but went off a recommendation of here and haven't looked back.

I would recommend Barbara Daly make up for Tesco.I think this would be really good for you because it is only about £5 so if you decide you don't like it or foundation isn't for you then you wouldn't have wasted too much money. Also unlike some cheap foundation it is actually really good and not at all orangey. They have a moisturising version for people with dry skin and an oil free version for peole with greasy skin.If Iwere you I would get the moisturising one because it does make your skin nice and soft but it is not too oily and it didn't make my skin any greasier whereas most oil free types of foundation can be quite drying and probably wouldn't do your dry cheeks any good .Another thing, you mentioned that you were pale skinned and one of the shades they do sounds perfect for you.It is called porcelain, this is quite a good find because one of the worst things aboout having quite fair skin is that alot of foundations can just look too dark even if you use the lightest shade.Hope this helps
Or, you can try something from l'oreal, their foundations have a nice soft finish, you can try true match for example, i don't know the prices exactly. Bourjois are better but maybe a bit more expensive, but in my opinion these brands are the best among the 'low-end', if you haven't problematic skin
my usual answer..Clinique Stay True ..non oily and goes on soooooooo smoothly.....lots of fab colours....adore this..about 17 pounds though but lasts me ages..about 9 months... as don't use all over..colour is so good and blendable! :)
