Bruising from spots?
Question:

Bruising from spots?
Does anyone else get this? Almost all of my 'hardcore' spots bruise my skin and leave a bruisy lump underneath. They hurt and look purpley. Its really spoiling my skin that *was* getting better. Anything I could use on it? Or do they eventually go?
From a very depressed-with-her-skin-again blondeange x :(

Hiya
I know exactly what you mean! I bruise so incredibly easy lately that this is happening all the time.
Also get it with mosquito bites!
Sometimes these spots can last forever, its like they lurk under the skin and then decide to pop up again a few months later.
I have to say that the recurrance of my spots is all down to running out of my anti-biotics and being too lazy to get some more. I'm pretty confident that when they get back in my system I'll be fine.
Have you tried anti-biotics yet?

hello!
No, but I think I should soon. Im on dianette for it which I have to say im not impressed with. I had less spots before I started on it.
Its just the brusing thats driving me mad. They are like a huge purple lump under the skin. i keep touching them as well, which I really should stop doing.

I went through a phase of getting these all the time a couple of years ago, and I would complain all the time! Apparently they're boils that lay under the surface of the skin, I found that the best way to get rid of them was to totally leave them alone and not put anything on them at all! They're sooo painful if you rub your face accidentaly touch them with force aren't they!?
