Question:
Healing up the aftermath of spots
I've been getting a lot of spots lately, partly due to having a Mirena fitted, and party down to stress. They're the sort which I have no choice but to squeeze, which stops them from getting any bigger, but then I get left with a red, scabby patch, which seems to take weeks (literally) to heal up. So, although I only get about one or two spots at a time, I look like I've got 5 times as many as I still have the red marks from the previous ones.
Is there anything I can put on them to speed up the healing?
