Question:
shaving oil - which razor?
my boy has started using shaving oil instead of the various foams and soaps. he really likes it but finds that the lubricant strip gets damaged v quickly so within a few shaves it's next to useless and he feels like he's scraping half his face off.
my suggestion of buying blades without a lubricant strip hasn't gone down well - too simple i guess! - anyone got experience of this? or know specific brands that work ok with oil?

I thought the oil was supposed to be the lubricant :confused:
Maybe he needs to use more oil?
