Question:
acne outbreaks any suggestions
I am due to go to a family wedding in 10 days time, have bought myself a great strapless dress to wear but unfortunately have got a nice outbreak of acne all over my shoulders :( . I am using zineryt, plus have clinique anti blemish solutions soap and am slapping on sudocrem like theres no tomorrow, but can anyone suggest anything else to try and get it to heal as quick as possible, I'll try anything, I've tried everything else over the years
rarr I am too old for all this business
I use a cream called Quinoderm. I don't use it all of the time, but when i get a breakout it works wonders!
It works by drying out the area, which then drys up the spots!
You can buy it from Boots and pharmacists as well. I usually buy mine in Boots. I'm not sure how much it cost, although no more than £10. It should take a few days for the area to dry out and clear. No more than a week i think?
I use it on my face. I'm sure it will work equally well on your back though as I have them there as well!
I used to get acne/ spots terrible, i hated it. It used to knock my confidancee so badly.
I can't understand how one week your skin is clear and the next its like a sodding gathering!
Yay for spot cream. :yay:

Dermalogica skin clearing booster :great:
Quinoderm is the business for getting rid of spots. It's about £2.50 for the smaller size tube (you get it over the counter). It can be very drying if you have sensitive skin though and it bleaches fabric. Anyway, after the spots have gone you need something much gentler to heal the marks they leave and nothing I've tried works as well as Sudocrem.
