Question:
New here!! Yuko Hair Straightening
Hello Everyone!!
I am a caucasian with shoulder length really, really frizzy and curly hair that has been coloured (always dark brown by Nice and Easy ).2 weeks ago, I had the YUKO treatment done to straighten my hair. (First time)
My hair was still frizzy at the bottoms and not pin straight. If I let my hair air dry naturally the bottoms are definitely frizzy and wavy and so is the top (little bit compared to the bottom). I have to still use the Iron Straightener.
Will the second time, i will have it in Oct or November. Will my hair be straighten even more? Some people had it done twice and it is even better. They don't use the straightener anymore. That what i want
Please advise, because I was really really hoping for the pin-straight hair and I am not so disappointed.
It take me 20 mins to blow dry and straighten my hair. Not 2 hours like before. Has anyone you know, has the same problem as i?
New here!!! Yuko Hair Staightening
Hi and welcome.
Honestly I would ask the hairdresser who did the treatment what can be expected. Frizzy does not sound like it had worked that well. Perhaps you should ask about after care, what shampoo etc you should be using?
I really think that you should go back to the hairdressers. It sounds like your hair has been under processed as the results should not be like that (especially not with caucasion hair).
This can be easily solved, by doing the process again but keeping the chemical on for a MUCH shorter period (although you need to wait at least a week before you have the second treatment ).
When you spend so much money (Yuko is not cheap!) its not unreasonable to expect it to be perfect.
Also if they don't sort it for you properly this time around I would think twice about going there a second time.
Best of luck :)
