Problem with peeling nails
my nails are peeling terrible can anyone reccomend anything
yes rub olive oil into them of a night (works wonders) and get some Avon nail care-its great. Peeling nails could also be nutritional so try taking some omega supplements or something along those lines.x

I would get some cuticle oil, such as Creatives Solar Oil, and rub it on the nails and the surrounding skin twice a day.
I would also recommend having regular manicures.

Mavala Scientific is meant for this problem. You only use it on the tips but massage oil (they do one but any of the nail companies' oils or plain old olive oil will do) around the cuticles & base.
It costs around a fiver & is in John Lewis, Superdrug & some Boots. The good news is that it only took a week to stop the peeling but I used it for a few months & I haven't had a problem since.
taking wellwoman nutritional supplements (from boots and supermarkets) is really helpful. That and massaging in some oil into the nails (I use coconut oil)
