Anti Ageing Creams
Wow I am just full of questions tonight aren't i ? :lol:
Just wondering - when offically should we start using anti ageing creams to help stop those lovely wrinkles coming on so strong.
I am 29 next month and every where I turn lately i seem to see anti ageing creams telling us all to buy them but no one seems to tell you when you should start using them.
Any one help me out there - my skin doesn't look old - in fact i think i could still get away with being 24 (ish ) if I tried. But when i should start taking those preventative measures.
(also re: anti ageing creams anyone seen the ad with Jane Fonda in it ? Did she not get a face lift ? )

Yes I laughed at the Jane Fonda advert too. Well known she had a face lift she talked about it.
If you are happy with your skin then don't start anti ageing,just make sure you use spf everyday. Wait until you are 30 and think again whether you want to start using.
Well, I read recently that your skin develops wrinkles in the early 20s but the wrinkles don't actually show until your 30s/40s. Somehow, to me this seems like a silly ploy to encourage more people to buy anti-wrinkle creams unnecessarily!
I don't think you should worry about anti-wrinkle creams atm, instead just make sure you drink plenty of water and eat the obvious fruits and veg. every day. Also be delicate with your skin - e.g. when cleansing or removing make-up be light and don't drag your skin about as this can cause ageing.
