Question:
Do u remove make up as soon as u get home or at bedtime?
i always remove my make up as soon as i get home but i have heard that u should be make removing makeup---cleanse--put on night cream as a routine together.
i can't wait until bedtime to remove my makeup(i suppose the longer u leave the makeup, the more harmful it is to ur skin?)nor can i put on night cream as soon as i get home(surely its for 'night' time?)
so i was wondering what u girlies do?
lots of love

I always just take it off at night because my cleanser removes it all anyway unless I'm wearing stubborn mascara and I always do that just before I go to bed.
I usually take mine all off, cleanse and put abit of moisuriser on. Feels uncomfortable lounging around the house with make-up on.Feels grimey too, especially if I've been out for the whole day.

I wouldn't say make up was "harmful" to skin at all......in fact Joan Collins once said that one of her top beauty tips was to wear a layer of good make up every single day to protect skin from everyday things like pollution, wind etc.
Good make up, especially foundation, can actually benefit your skin.
In response to the question, I take mine off at night time straight before bed :)

I thought that too before but when I actually look at the ingredients, most lipstick, foundation stuff has got aluminium, zinc etc. From a chemistry point of view, they r harmful to the skin and esp if used in large doses.
